AN ART THAT TRANSFORMS
The project TRILHAR A ARTE QUE TRANSFORMA
(Treading – an art that transforms) takes the public
to tread the paths whereby art transforms Earth’s
various elements into works of extreme beauty (fine
art) and to get in contact with processes that convey
sustainability (Creative Economy).
It is no coincidence that the Trilhar project chose
art as a paradigm, since in all its different forms of
expression art helps us elaborate our thoughts and
build and resignify things, objects and feelings. It
exercises our imagination and calls attention to the
importance of our history and our memories to the
way we live in society.

O Mundo de Hundertwasser
The World of Hundertwasser, a circus-theatre show by
Cia. Va da Bordo from São Paulo suitable for ali audiences, is
inspired by the life and work of the Austrian painter, architect
and environmentalist Hundertwasser. Conceived and
performed by Raul Barretto and Helena Cerello, the play is
directed by ALvaro Assad, renowned stage director and the
duo's partner.
ln the play Branca, a girl who has never had contact with real
colors and only relates to paintings and windows through her
computer, meets the artist, who introduces her to a living
world fuLL of colors and joy, provided by nature and the art
that sprouts from it.
The World of Hundertwasser features original music
composed by Marcelo Pellegrini. The dynamic scenery, with
projections created by the Bijari Collective, displays the artist's
works and merges them with a varied artistic language,
derived from the contemporary circus and the art of clowning,
such as mime, juggling, magic tricks and aerials.
ln this context, which fuses inspiration and art, the show
generates a reflection on our times and our relation to the
world, in the widest sense, based on the "Five Skins" defined
and studied by Hundertwasser: our body, our clothes, our
home, our society and our planet.
